Which products are included?

Can I add more simulator stations?
Yes. Add another station subscription or ask us to quote a multi-station rollout. Keeping station pricing separate from learner records helps teams stay affordable while protecting simulator capacity.
Is there a free trial?
Family and organisation plans include a 30-day free trial so customers can confirm their simulator workflow before billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for procurement, grant, and budget cycles. Contact us if you need a formal quote or purchase-order paperwork.
Do you support euro pricing?
Yes. EU software pricing is available in euros: Family is €35/month with VAT included; Education & Small Organisations is €120/month per simulator station plus VAT; Corporate is €240/month per simulator station plus VAT.
Can I purchase just the simulator hardware?
Yes. Installed stations are available to purchase alongside any software plan, and leasing is coming soon. We handle the full process: sourcing, assembly, delivery, installation, and quote-stage warranty scope.
What support is included?
Family includes email support and self-serve setup guides. Education & Small Organisations adds priority email and remote onboarding. Corporate adds guided rollout support and remote station health checks.
Do you offer leasing for simulator stations?
Not yet. Leasing is coming soon. If you would like to spread the cost, register your interest and we will let you know when it is available.
